Franco, chef and owner of Ristorante Arrivederci of Scottsdale, was born in Sorrento a seaside village of the Amalfi coast (close to Naples), in the Campania region of Italy. Franco earned in Italy his title of "Maestro di Cucina Italiano" or "Master of Italian Cuisine" from the Italian Council of Chefs. His recipes are strongly influenced by his Neapolitans experience. He has been in the valley since 1991 where he owned Un Bacio until 2005.

Lorenzo and Cosima both come from Italy, they were born in Sicily, close to Palermo. In fact Lorenzo Pizza & Pasta started in Italy, where Lorenzo worked in a local pizzeria. They brought their restaurant experience, first to New York were they had their own Pizzeria and then to our valley. Their new restaurant, Lorenzo Pizza & Pasta serves typical dishes from the south of Italy at very reasonable prices. They cater to lunch, family dinners, and take out.
